At WatchifyStore, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return request.

Section 01

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact and included.
The return request is raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is provided.
A photo or video of the item clearly showing the issue is shared at the time of raising the request.

Section 02

Valid Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

Wrong Item Delivered — You received a product different from what you ordered.
Damaged Item — The product arrived physically damaged or broken.
Defective Product — The watch has a manufacturing defect or does not function as described.
Missing Parts — Accessories, box, or components listed in the product description are missing.

Returns NOT Accepted For

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
Damage caused after delivery (scratches, broken strap due to use)
Items returned without original packaging or tags removed
Return requests raised after 7 days of delivery
Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless defective)

Section 03

How to Raise a Return Request

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return:

Share Details

Provide your Order ID, the reason for return, and clear photos or a video of the item showing the issue.

Approval

Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours and notify you of approval or rejection.

Ship the Item

Once approved, pack the item securely in original packaging and ship it to our address. Share the tracking number with us after dispatch.

Refund / Replacement

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Section 04

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are processed as follows:

Online Payments (UPI / Card / Net Banking) — Refund credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders — Refund transferred via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days. You must provide your bank account details or UPI ID.
Replacement — If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will dispatch the new item after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective item sent by us. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Section 05

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for the same product (if stock is available) or a different product of equal or higher value (with the price difference paid by the customer). Exchange requests are subject to the same eligibility conditions as returns.

Section 06

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel an order:

Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID.
If the order has not yet been dispatched, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the standard return process after delivery.

WatchifyStore reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page with a revised effective date. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
