At WatchifyStore, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, timelines, charges, and related information for all orders placed on watchifystore.in.

Section 01

Shipping Coverage

We ship to all states and union territories across India — including Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities, as well as remote pin codes serviceable by our courier partners.

Currently We Do Not Ship Internationally

At this time, WatchifyStore ships within India only. We plan to offer international shipping in the future. Stay tuned for updates.

Section 02

Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Here is a breakdown of our processing timeline:

Order Confirmation — You will receive an order confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp/email within a few minutes of placing your order.
Order Processing — Orders are packed and handed over to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of order placement.
Dispatch Notification — Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS so you can monitor your shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary based on your location. Below are the estimated delivery windows after dispatch:

Section 04

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping — On all prepaid orders above ₹999.
Standard Shipping — A flat shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply on orders below ₹999 depending on location.
COD Orders — Cash on Delivery orders may have an additional handling fee of ₹30–₹50 depending on the order value and location.

Section 05

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this tracking number on the courier partner’s website to monitor the real-time status of your delivery.

Our primary courier partners include Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart and other trusted logistics providers.

If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 97175 01375.

Section 06

Failed Delivery & RTO

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse (RTO).

For prepaid orders returned to us, a refund will be issued after deducting the forward and return shipping charges.
For COD orders that are refused or undelivered, no refund will be applicable as no payment was collected.
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at the time of placing your order to avoid failed deliveries.

Section 07

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please follow these steps:

Do not accept a visibly damaged package from the courier. Mark it as “Refused — Damaged” and contact us immediately.
If you have accepted a damaged package, take unboxing photos or a video and WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery.
For lost shipments, please notify us if your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days. We will raise a claim with the courier on your behalf.

WatchifyStore reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.
