3-8 working days after dispatch

We usually deliver the product within 3-8 working days after dispatch. Dispatch process can take 1-3 days. We mostly use the best courier (in prepaid orders) for delivering the product like Bluedart, DTDC, but for COD we use Bluedart, Delhivery, Trackon, Maruti, Expressbess, etc. according to the courier service available in the delivery pin code.

“In COD 10% amount needs to be paid in advance. Advance amount is non-refundable if the customer refuses to accept delivery or cancels the order.”

There are some points you have to keep in mind:

• If stock is available in hand, we can deliver your product within 3-8 days. If not available in hand, then we can arrange your product, and at that time, delivery may be delayed.
• We will inform you about the delayed delivery, or you can ask about our courier after 3-4 days if you don’t receive any information about the courier.
• We provide free shipping all over India.
• After getting tracking, you can track your order and make further communication with the courier partner.
• If the courier is lost or not delivered or is showing the wrong update or wrong address delivered, contact us ASAP.
• We will refund the whole amount if the order is canceled from our side and lost in transit.
• In some cases, we have the right to cancel the order without giving any prior notice if any unexpected circumstances occur.
