Replacement and Refund Policy
EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT POLICY
Exchange/Replacement product will be delivered within 7 business days.
Our business mainly runs on trust and honesty. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we guarantee 100% satisfaction on every order.
We thoroughly check every item before dispatch, but in rare cases, a customer may receive a damaged or incorrect item. In such cases, we provide a 7-day replacement policy for all products if any defect is found.
PROCESS OF REPLACEMENT:
- You must record an UNBOXING VIDEO of the parcel from start to finish without any cuts or pauses, clearly showing the defect.
- Already opened parcel videos will not be accepted.
- Customers must inform us via call or email at thewatchifystore@gmail.com WITHIN 24 HOURS
- We will arrange a pickup for the return.
- After receiving the product, we will inspect it. If there is a minor issue, we will repair it; otherwise, we will ship a new product at no extra charge.
- We aim to resolve the issue within 5-7 days after receiving the returned product.
- If the ordered product is unavailable, the company reserves the right to offer an alternate product.
- The 7-day replacement policy is valid only for defects present at the time of delivery. No replacements will be provided after usage.
7-DAY RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
Our goal is to provide top-quality products at the best prices. We ensure that the actual product matches our listings by using real images and videos. With 10+ years of experience, we have had minimal refund requests due to our high-quality standards.
However, we now accept return, exchange, and refund requests to maintain customer trust.
- Color variations due to lighting conditions or personal preferences (size, style, etc.) are now valid reasons for return/exchange.
- Customers must return the product within 7 days of receiving it.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the refund.
- We will refund 80% of the product price (excluding box price), as 20% will be deducted for shipping and packing charges.
- In case of an exchange, we will provide 80% of the product amount.
- All shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- The product and packaging must be intact. Do not remove protective covers from the chain or glass.
IN CASE OF RETURN OR REFUND:
- Confirm with us before sending the product back.
- Courier charges will be borne by the customer.
- The product must be unused, properly packed, and free from scratches or damages.
- Customers must send the product via courier NIT 5, BLOCK,P48 FARDIBAD 121001 .
- After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the refund.
- The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 days.
- For COD orders, refunds may take longer as we receive COD payments after 8-10 days.

- Box amount will NOT be refunded.
- After 7 days, no replacement, refund, or return is possible
